Miles says he will reveal all of this if Kate gives him one minute of face-time with Ben.

At Othersville, Sawyer visits Locke and asks to play backgammon. Sawyer lets it slip that Kate wants to break Ben out so he can talk to Miles. Locke rushes to the boathouse to find Miles has already gone. Locke doesn't realize that Sawyer has conned him - he thinks Kate was one step ahead. Kate had brought Miles to Ben. In the holding cell, Miles approaches Ben. "Do you know who I am?," he asks. Ben nods. Miles tells Ben that he's willing to tell his boss that Ben is dead in exchange for 3.2 million dollars. He gives Ben one week to come up with the money. Kate takes Miles away, and Miles reveals that he does indeed know all about the survivors, including Kate. Locke and Sawyer then walk in and bust Kate. Locke returns Miles to the boathouse, then visits Kate to find out when Miles and Ben discussed with each other. Kate is honest, and Ben bans her from the camp. Kate goes to Sawyer and spends the night at his place.
Flash Forward: Kate's mother shows up and asks to speak with Kate - she tells Kate that she will not testify against Kate if Kate agrees to let her see her baby. Kate rejects this offer.
On the beach, Daniel Faraday and Charlotte try a memory game, with Daniel trying to remember certain playing cards - he can't do it. Jack demands that Charlotte call the freighter and find out where Sayid and Desmond are. The voice on the other end of the line - Regina - says she has no idea what Charlotte is talking about.
At the boathouse, Locke walks in to see Miles. He shoves a hand grenade in Miles' mouth and says that he'll be back later to ask Miles some questions. If Miles opens his mouth, the grenade will explode.

Back at Sawyer's place, Kate says something about how they "didn't go all the way" last night. Sawyer asks if this is because Kate is pregnant. She denies being pregnant, which Sawyer is happy about. She is upset and starts to leave. Sawyer says she'll be back once Jack says something to make her angry - she slaps Sawyer.
