1. This Promotion is open to all residents of Great Britain, aged 18 years or over. Maximum of one entry per person. Proof of age may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of any British Sky Broadcasting Group company, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter any prize draw or competition.

2. To enter, simply text the word "LOST" to 64446 between 1 February 2008 and 11.59pm on 29 February 2008. The Promoter will not charge you for entering, but your standard network charges for sending the text message may apply.

3. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your email. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. No responsibility will be accepted for text messages that are delayed through email or network delays, or for incorrectly entered numbers. Late, corrupted, defaced or illegible entries, and entries which do not follow the format explained at paragraph 2 above, will be disqualified.

4. One winner will be selected at random on or around Monday, 3 March 2008 by an independent person from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or text message on or around 7 March 2008.

5. If eligible, the winner will receive the Prize.

6. The Prize includes return economy flights for two people to Honolulu (Oahu, Hawaii). 6 nights' stay at the 4-star Outrigger Waikkiki Hotel Resort in Honolulu. Hotel is room-only and all arrangements are subject to availability. The winner may elect a twin or a double room. Return transfers between the airport in Hawaii and the hotel, and travel insurance, are included. Food, drinks and spending money are not included. Flights are subject to availability and must be booked a minimum of 2 months in advance; they may not be taken at or immediately before or after Christmas, New Year, Valentine's day, Easter or any other public holiday (either in the UK or USA).

7. The winner and their guest:
a) must make their own arrangements to and from the UK airport, and for all other expenses;
b) must each have a valid passport at the time of travel, and are responsible for obtaining their own visas and relevant inoculations;
c) must not have a criminal record (as it may prevent them being able to take up the prize);
d) are subject to all terms and conditions imposed on them by third parties in connection with this prize including, without limitation, the US authorities, airlines, and hotels, and must comply with all reasonable requests made on behalf of the same.

8. There is no cash alternative to the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for one of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

10. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of liability arising from fraud, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any delivery delay or change to the prize details beyond the Promoter's control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.

11. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize within 4 weeks of notification being sent, that person will forfeit the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

12. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.

13. Details of prize winner's name and county will be available for one month after the closing date of the Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.

14. The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes without additional consideration.

15. The Promoter may wish to contact you about its, and third parties', products and services and use the details you provide for these purposes. It may also pass your details to third parties for them to market to you with their products and services unless you tell us otherwise. By entering the competition, you consent to such uses of your personal details.

16. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any dispute arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
